How we accidentally invented the world's most versatile 'everything strap'
We hiked with our firstborn son in a backpack carrier as soon as he was old enough.
The binky clips we bought online were meant for infant clothes, and couldn’t clip to the rugged pack material.
Their straps were also too short, and couldn’t reach our son, so they hung over the side, unused.
Bored, he would rip the binky clip off and toss it overboard, losing them on the trail.
For his first birthday, we took him to the zoo and bought him a stuffed moose.
Somewhere between the red panda and the tiger exhibit, the stuffed animal disappeared, gone overboard forever. (As well as our $38)
Frustrated at the toys and soothers we were losing, we searched for a pacifier clip that could lock onto our hiking pack and stroller.
There wasn’t one out there.
So we invented the patent pending Trail Tether... the world’s only carabiner pacifier clip that anchors soother to pack or stroller.
Adventure moms quickly embraced the product, creating a viral grassroots movement.

They finally had a product that would secure their kids’ soothers, and also had a long enough strap to reach where it needed to.
But we discovered one other thing....
Our customers were using Trail Tethers as much as handy gear straps for hiking, camping, and around the house... as they were for pacifiers.
So we accidentally invented the world’s strongest pacifier clip, the most versatile gear strap, and the handiest lifestyle tool, in one small package.
We hope you love the Trail Tether as much as we do!
