FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours using UPS or
USPS for a 3-5 day delivery for a flat rate of $6. Expedited 2 day shipping is available for a flat rated of $10 Free shipping applies to orders over $100. 

All orders to Canada carry a flat shipping rate of $6 CAD for standard 3-8 day shipping. Expedited 3-4 day shipping is available for $14 CAD.

Orders in Canada are fulfilled through a Canadian warehouse and are not subject to tariffs. There will be no unexpected VAT tax or duties on Canadian orders.

For International orders, we shipping standard 6-10 days for a flat rate of $15. We ship express 4-7 days for a flat rate of $25.

It is important to note that the Trail Tether is ONLY rated to be child safe in the USA and Canada. For all other countries, the product has not been certified per local regulations and should not be used with children per local code.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery and we will
refund the full order amount

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way,
please email us as soon as possible  at
info@trailtether.com with your order number and we will work to resolve
within 24-48 hours. 

For returns, we will provide you with a shipping return label. Once the order ships, your refund will be processed.

If the Trail Tether breaks or shows up damaged in any way, we will send a free replacement. email info@trailtether.com and we will process the replacement order.

If the Trail Tether is attached to a toy or soother and your child is able to rip the toy off your carrier, you are eligible for 2x your money back. Please email info@trailtether.com with a picture of the toy, soother, or gear, that fell and a description of how the product failed. This guarantee is a one time eligibility per customer. You will be reimbursed via check.
