We accept payments through various methods including credit card, debit card, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal (subject to the fraud provisions below).

PayPal Orders, Payment Methods, and Fraud Policy

Trail Tether actively monitors all transactions for fraud or abuse. If a PayPal transaction results in a dispute or chargeback on an order that was confirmed as delivered (as verified by carrier tracking), the customer’s PayPal account will be permanently restricted from future purchases. Future PayPal orders placed from the same account, address, or email will be automatically cancelled and refunded. Customers with a history of invalid disputes may continue to place orders using an alternate payment method such as credit card, Shop Pay, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. This policy applies to all forms of payment. Any account resulting in a dispute will be flagged and any future orders will be automatically cancelled and refunded. Trail Tether reserves the right to refuse orders from any account where fraud or abuse is suspected. We reserve the right to verify information and request identification for suspicious or high-value orders.

5. Order Processing, Shipping, and Delivery

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Once your order has shipped, Trail Tether is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by carriers. Ownership of the product transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier. Trail Tether is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered. Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders.

6. Returns and Refunds

We stand by the quality of our products and offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
