Shipping policy

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING IS OFFERED ON THE FOLLOWING:

-Orders over $60 USD

-Orders over $85 CAD

ORDER PROCESSING:

 Please allow until the end of the next business day. to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you  know your order is on the way!

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours using UPS, Fedex, or USPS for a 3-4 day delivery for a flat rate of $5.  For expedited shipping Orders will be shipped via UPS, Fedex, or USPS for a 2-3 day delivery for a flat rate of $9. Free shipping applies to orders over $60 USD or $85 CAD.  We do not ship outside of The US and Canada at this time.  

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates:  Shipping charges for  your order will be calculated and

displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer shipping to Canada for a flat rate of $20 CAD. We offer free shipping to Canada for orders over $85 CAD.

Orders ship duties and taxes paid, DDP

Other than Canada, We do not offer international shipping at this time

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery and we will refund the full order amount

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible  at info@stahoutfitters.com with your order number and we will work to resolve within 24-48 hours.
