What can I use Trail Tether for outdoors?
Trail Tether is designed to give you a simple, adaptable way to secure and carry lightweight gear across hiking, camping, kayaking, boating, travel, beach days, road trips, and everyday adventures.
Use it with bottles, keys, lanterns, accessories, bags, speakers, towels, small camp items, and other lightweight gear with a compatible attachment point.

Is Trail Tether climbing rated?
No. Trail Tether is not climbing rated.
Trail Tether is designed for securing and organizing lightweight gear. It should never be used for climbing, rappelling, belaying, fall protection, rescue, supporting a person, towing, or overhead loads.
The aluminum carabiner used on Trail Tether has its own published component rating, but that rating applies to the carabiner component itself and does not make the complete Trail Tether a climbing device.
Is Trail Tether a quickdraw?
No. Trail Tether is not a quickdraw or a piece of climbing equipment.
A climbing quickdraw is purpose-built and rated for climbing applications. Trail Tether is a multi-use gear attachment strap designed for securing, attaching, and carrying lightweight everyday and adventure gear.
Although Trail Tether uses a carabiner-style connection and rugged webbing, it should never be substituted for climbing-rated equipment.
When would I use a Chameleon Ring on an adventure?
Use a Chameleon Ring when the item you want to tether does not already give you a convenient attachment point.
Stretch it around bottles, portable speakers, rolled towels, cups, and other smooth or awkwardly shaped gear, then connect your Trail Tether to the integrated attachment point.
If your gear already has a secure loop, handle, opening, or compatible attachment point, you may be able to connect Trail Tether directly without a Chameleon Ring.
What is Tether Max used for on adventures?
Tether Max gives you a larger, flexible way to organize lightweight gear when a single Trail Tether is not enough.
Use its dual carabiners and multiple attachment loops to create convenient hanging and organization space around campsites, vehicles, boats, travel setups, and other adventure gear.

Which Tether Max size is best for adventure use?
